Q. Do I bring my own lock or do you supply one? 
A. We do not supply locks. You can bring your own or purchase one from us.

Q. Are your units air conditioned and heated? 
A. Yes, we have climate controlled units available..

Q. Do I have to pay a security deposit or any other fees when I sign up? 
A. No, there is no security deposit, but there is a one time administrative fee between $10 and $19.

Q. Are your rentals month to month or long term? 
A. Month to Month.

Q. Do you take credit cards or personal checks? 
A. Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa, checks and cash.

Q. Can I make a reservation and how far in advance? 
A. Yes, we take reservations up to 5 days in advance.

Q. What hours will I have access to my storage unit? 
A. 6 am to 10 pm 365 days a year.

Q. Do you require insurance on my stored goods? 
A. We do not require insurance. If you are interested in insurance, just call or ask in the office for information.

Q. What type of documentation do I need to rent a unit? 
A. A photo I.D.

Q. Do I need to come to the facility to rent a unit? 
A. You can come in or we can rent by phone, fax or email. You will need to sign some paper work, which can be done by fax.

Q. Do you have carts and dollies that I can use for my move? A. Yes, and they are always available to you.

Q. Can my family or friends have access to my unit? 
A. Yes, you can authorize them to have access.
